Braundton Consulting is an award winning boutique Recruitment Agency, set up by Lisa Murray, who began life recruiting in the days when there were no mobiles, no computers, and the industry was all about meeting people, communicating and building long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. It was all about people and not paper and emails!

With a passion for people and having listened to what candidates really wanted, in a world that was becoming very “online” and not so people focussed, she launched Braundton in 2012, to bring back the personal touch to an industry sector that she felt was losing the buzz and excitement of really getting to know people and changing lives.
