Braundton was set up with the candidate experience first and foremost. We have a passion for people and are about people and not bits of paper (that is we are about people as individuals and identify transferrable skills, attitude and behaviour that cannot always be seen on a CV)! We have a strong history of placing candidates (especially those making career changes or returning to work) into temp positions that help get your foot into the door of a company or role that will enhance your experience/CV.
What we’ll do
We will meet with you before putting you forward to a job, so that you can really get to know us, and we can find out more about all of your transferrable skills and work ethic that cannot be seen on a piece of paper and will highlight these to our clients. We have lost count of how many candidates have gone into a temp role to then be offered a permanent opportunity. We are also able to help those are looking for short term assignments, for those in between University or travelling for example. We will again support you every step of the way from putting you forward to our clients, to supporting you with interview tips and giving honest feed-back as well as listening to yours, to ensure you are 100% excited about the opportunity and never pushed into anything that is not for you.
