
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Role Description
35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30am
Our client is looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating internal recruitment processes, supporting the wider hiring strategy, and leading or supporting recruitment-related projects that enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities –
Internal Recruitment
- Manage the full internal recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, application tracking, interview scheduling, and internal candidate communication.
- Partner with line managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
- Ensure internal mobility guidelines are followed, promoting fairness, transparency, and career development.
- Maintain accurate records of internal movements and provide reporting where required.
Recruitment Projects & Support
- Support recruitment campaigns and hiring initiatives in collaboration with the wider HR team.
- Coordinate and contribute to projects such as employer branding, candidate experience, process improvement, and onboarding enhancements.
- Assist with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) maintenance, job requisitions, and candidate data management.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external partners where relevant.
- Support interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or talent acquisition support.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Familiarity with employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or matrix environment.
