Senior Administrator

Role Description

Monday to Friday   9:00am – 5:30pm

Based near London Bridge (office based)

Our client, based in stunning offices a 5-minute walk from London Bridge Station, is looking for a senior administrator to join their team and support full administrative support to both Managing and Board Directors of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with strong administrative or PA/EA experience.

Key Duties –

  • Provide administrative support to Managing Directors and Board Directors.
  • Assist with invoicing schedule and forward invoicing.
  • Liaison with clients, contractors and internal staff to ensure prompt resolution of queries and that information is passed on to relevant parties including finance/ credit control for appropriate action.
  • Production of letters, reports and bids / proposals for submission and ensure these are meticulously prepared and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain the bid register.
  • Raise requisitions for office purchases and reconciliation to invoices (Agresso).
  • Set up projects and work orders on Agresso.
  • Preparation and collation of information for PQQ’s, including liaison with other office and departments, including HR, Accounts, IT and Legal.
  • Meeting co-ordination and catering arrangements.
  • Organise courier collections as required.
  • Meet/greet visitors, advise Directors/Engineers of visitors’ arrival.
  • Liaison with Regional Offices (general queries) as required.

Key Skills and Experience –

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ideally familiar with Agresso (not essential as training is available).
  • Motivated and diligent with the ability to self-manage and prioritise workload and deadlines.
  • Similar experience within the consultancy services sector would be an advantage
