
Senior Administrator
Role Description
Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Based near London Bridge (office based)

Our client, based in stunning offices a 5-minute walk from London Bridge Station, is looking for a senior administrator to join their team and support full administrative support to both Managing and Board Directors of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with strong administrative or PA/EA experience.
Key Duties –
- Provide administrative support to Managing Directors and Board Directors.
- Assist with invoicing schedule and forward invoicing.
- Liaison with clients, contractors and internal staff to ensure prompt resolution of queries and that information is passed on to relevant parties including finance/ credit control for appropriate action.
- Production of letters, reports and bids / proposals for submission and ensure these are meticulously prepared and meet deadlines.
- Maintain the bid register.
- Raise requisitions for office purchases and reconciliation to invoices (Agresso).
- Set up projects and work orders on Agresso.
- Preparation and collation of information for PQQ’s, including liaison with other office and departments, including HR, Accounts, IT and Legal.
- Meeting co-ordination and catering arrangements.
- Organise courier collections as required.
- Meet/greet visitors, advise Directors/Engineers of visitors’ arrival.
- Liaison with Regional Offices (general queries) as required.
Key Skills and Experience –
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ideally familiar with Agresso (not essential as training is available).
- Motivated and diligent with the ability to self-manage and prioritise workload and deadlines.
- Similar experience within the consultancy services sector would be an advantage
