Receptionist
Monday – Friday, 9:30am-6pm
Fully Office Based in Piccadilly
£32k-£35k Depending on Experience

An exciting newly created role to join this well-established ever-expanding business that has moved into superb offices in piccadilly! Due to expansion of the reception area you will be joining an established reception area as 2nd receptionist.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Transferring and handling calls
  • Dealing with all administration
  • Organising lunches, meeting rooms etc
  • Managing and distributing mail

Skills required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organised
  • Fast and eager learner
  • Good telephone manner
