An amazing boutique company – working within the global market across multiple sectors – has a new opportunity for an Operations Administrator. This is a full time; permanent role and the successful candidate should have previous office management experience as well as some PA experience.
This is a role that offers you a unique opportunity to support the company’s wider internal operational needs and has scope for career growth.
You are someone who enjoys ‘rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in’, taking full ownership of the operational activities assigned to you. You are an effective communicator who is open to learning and has a passion for solving problems.
A key part of this role requires you to build long standing relationships with influential stakeholders both internally and externally, as well as clients’ PA’s. You will be reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the Co-CEOs and the CFO.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Liaising with the security team on operational matters relating to the building
- Being responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies & IT Equipment, for example ordering business cards, managing electrical testing and liaising with the building’s cleaning company
- Liaising with the company’s IT provider to address and troubleshoot potential IT issues
- Global diary management
- Working with third party travel consultants to arrange both international and national travel for Managing Directors and Partners as required
- Submitting expenses for Managing Directors and Partners as required
- Supporting with internal meetings and external events
- Providing ad-hoc assistance with the recruitment scheduling
- Onboarding new joiners
- Supporting with compliance training
- Acting as the company’s First Aider and Fire Marshal (training will be provided)
- Assisting the CFO with any UK/US office ad-hoc requests
