Our client looking for an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team in Bexleyheath. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth across their UK sales areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, qualifying leads, producing quotations, and helping customers find the right solution.
About the Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and qualifying incoming enquiries, producing accurate quotations, and supporting our external sales teams. You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, helping guide them through solutions with professionalism and confidence.
You will also support outbound sales activity to generate new opportunities and maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up, evaluate, and qualify incoming leads generated via the website and sales team
- Contact prospective clients to understand their requirements and provide product information
- Produce accurate and competitive lift quotations using our online quoting system
- Support the Area Sales Team with quotation follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and order processing
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems including Dynamics 365 and Business Central
- Monitor quotation activity, conversion rates, and sales KPIs
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements
- Deliver product demonstrations when required
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
- Support the wider business with additional responsibilities where required

- Previous experience in an internal sales or similar sales-focused role

- Strong organisational and time management abilities

- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Resilient, adaptable, and professional attitude
