HR Administrator – Temp Maternity Cover

Stratford (Agile working after training)
£14.71 per hour + Holiday Pay
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Week on week for around 8-12 months.

Our client is looking for a HR administrator to join their team to support the wider HR team in a maternity cover position. They are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting people-focused processes. You will be working on the day-to-day HR administration and payroll processing, ensuring their internal systems and records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle – from onboarding to leavers.
  • Assist with monthly payroll processes and ensure employee records are accurate.
  • Ad hoc payroll support.
  • Maintain HR systems and personnel files.
  • Support policy and procedure administration.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR processes and policies.
