Role Description
Full Time – 35 Hours, Mon – Fri, FTC & temp roles available.
1-2 days working from home with 3-4 days working from home

Our client is currently looking for full-time experienced Employee Relations Advisors to join their passionate Employee Relations team. Reporting into an Employee Relations Team Manager you will support delivery of the HR service and will work alongside people managers across your designated business area.
Your Impact in the Role:
- Provide timely, high‑quality advice, support, and coaching to people managers across the business unit, ensuring they feel confident and well‑equipped to manage employee relations matters effectively.
- Work as a key member of their Employee Relations Advisor team, managing a varied and fast‑paced caseload that includes both high‑volume and more complex cases, always striving for fair and positive outcomes for all involved.
- Take ownership of your cases from start to finish, regularly updating the team and wider business on progress, performance, and key trends to help drive continuous improvement in how we support our people.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ideally, you will have strong understanding of employment law, be CIPD-qualified, and or have demonstrable experience in working as an ER Advisor managing a high-volume complex range of Employee Relations casework in a multi-site, diverse organisation.
- You will have experience in supporting the team to ensure that people’s capabilities continue to develop in order to deliver strategic goals and objectives across the business.
- The ER Advisor role will suit someone who is a good communicator, agile in approach, able to translate business issues into proactive solutions whilst guiding, supporting and educating managers through formal business processes.
- You will need to be methodical, organised and have a strong ability to prioritise.
- You will have a proactive and collaborative approach with drive and enthusiasm to champion the service and the way it’s delivered to our stakeholders.

Salary starting from £40,649 per annum (London weighted salary) or £36,073 per annum (outside London salary), dependant on experience
Stratford, London or Trafford, Manchester
