Customer Service Advisor
Role Description
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Our client is looking to recruit a customer service advisor to join their fab team in Erith. You will have the opportunity to work in a very welcoming and supportive environment with lots of progression opportunities.
Key Duties –
- You will be dealing with customer service queries from a range of clients ensuring their issues are solved in a timely and efficient manner.
- You will be liaising with the customer via telephone and email, responding to queries, helping them with their issue.
- You will support with anything from lost orders, product issues, refunds and much more.
- You will be supporting the company’s sales reps who are out on the road and may have a query regarding a customer.
Key requirements –
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft skills.
- Good telephone manner.
- Experience working in a customer service role.
