Customer Service Advisor

Role Description

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Our client is looking to recruit a customer service advisor to join their fab team in Erith. You will have the opportunity to work in a very welcoming and supportive environment with lots of progression opportunities.

Key Duties –

  • You will be dealing with customer service queries from a range of clients ensuring their issues are solved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You will be liaising with the customer via telephone and email, responding to queries, helping them with their issue.
  • You will support with anything from lost orders, product issues, refunds and much more.
  • You will be supporting the company’s sales reps who are out on the road and may have a query regarding a customer.

Key requirements –

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Experience working in a customer service role.
