Role Description
Office in Waterloo
After successful training working from home twice a week.
Monday to Friday on a rota pattern of 8.30 to 4pm (30 min lunch) & 9.30 to 5pm (30 min lunch) whilst home working hours are 9.15 to 5pm (45 min lunch).
Our client, a fantastic charitable organisation, based in Waterloo is looking for a customer care administrator to join their team. This role requires strong customer service skills and strong attention to detail. You will be the first point of call for customers calling the organisation, processing their requests taking them through a claims process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to be apart of a fun team where you can grow your skills.
Duties –
- Ensuring data accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Responding to phone and email enquires quickly and effectively, whilst ensuring first class customer service.
- Dealing with all enquires via email or via the telephone and any associated administration.
- Answering the telephone to a variety of people and either being able to deal with their enquiry or direct them to the relevant department.
- General Office administration including managing an effective weekly filing system.
- Assisting the team with the processing of applications and claims.
- Maintaining office supplies/stationery.
- Adhoc work as and when required.
Knowledge, skills and qualifications –
- Strong administration skills with the ability to work under pressure within a busy department.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and are a confident user of Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse information and provide solutions.
- Excellent communications skills verbal and written.
- Experience of Salesforce CRM is desirable.
