Contracts Coordinator

Role Description

Monday to Friday     8am – 5pm

Our client, based in Bexleyheath are looking for a candidate to join their team working as a contract’s coordinator in their service department, helping to book engineers into works and provide administration support to the team. This is an exciting opportunity looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.

Key Duties

  • Provide administration service for allocated routes. 
  • Accept deliveries of parts and catalogue them for the service department.
  • Assist with answering phones, helping to solve clients’ issues and logging breakdowns.
  • Book in technician appointments and liaise with the technicians to ensure appointments are greed.
  • Assist Contracts Manager with monthly KPI reports
  • Attend meetings as required. 
  • Act as point of contact for clients.
  • Log and allocate insurance items from reports received by client.
  • Log and allocate calls for the routed area.
