Role Description

Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 17:00pm

Our client, is looking for an administrator to join their dynamic and growing business. Based in stunning offices in Sidcup, this role joins a great team that offer progression and development and a fantastic working environment. This business is in the construction industry and your role will be to support with the administration of the business as a whole, providing administrative support to teams and ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations.

Key tasks include:

  • Responding to email queries
  • Raising jobs
  • Typing up reports following works carried out
  • Preparing quotes using information provided by engineer
  • Chasing engineers/suppliers for information
  • Ordering materials
  • Raising POs
  • Answering phone calls from clients
  • Chasing clients for approvals on quotes

Key Skills/Experience Needed –

  • At least 2 years experience working in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment.
  • Good knowlege of Microsoft.
