This client is a market leader with several well-respected brands included. They are looking for an experienced product administrator to join their product team! The main purpose of the role is to manage, develop & maintain all product data in all system platforms as they grow as a company, ensuring it accurately reflects the status of their product options. To provide direct support to the Product, Project Manager and Design teams for the operational function and effectiveness of the department.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Manage and update all system platforms, to ensure the product data and information is current and accurate, and relevant to internal departments and routes to market. 

• Working with the relevant Category Manager and Project Manager/Assistant, set up all new product ranges in the system to support the New Product Introduction process in line with the Project timescales.

• Support the Category Manager with monthly product sales reports for performance analysis.

• Manage the creation of new spares and support the migration of existing spares onto the company’s website

• Oversee and update product data on company websites as and when required 

• Assist the PIM & NPI Project Assistant with resolving questions related to the company’s products to all other departments

• Assist the PIM & NPI Project Assistant with Key online customers with product related queries 

• Support the price review process within the business and continually maintain all brand price files & liaise with external pricing platform agencies

• Support proof reading in relation to pricing and product data of all marketing communication material

• Working with Assist the PIM & NPI Project Assistant to ensure all required product data and files are available and up to date with suppliers

• Support PIM & NPI Project Assistant Manager to track and update all product team project’s positions

Skills/experience:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook 

• Experience of using an ERP system, for example SAGE, Oracle e-Business suite 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Shows ability to multitask and problem solve with strong analytical skills 

• Eye for detail and consistency

• Uses initiative when prioritising workload 

• Strong team player who can work with a diverse team  

• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills’ 

• Ability to work under pressure, without direct supervision and be able to manage multiple projects and set priorities. 

• Is inquisitive, thinks logically and conceptually. 

• Can establish priorities and handle many projects.
