London
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, Fully Office Based
£32k-£36k Per Annum – Experience Dependent

Our client is looking for an experienced Estimator with amazing customer service skills to join their team in London!

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Providing estimates and pricing support
• Preparing timely and accurate quotations based on customer requirements and KPI’s.
• Preparing presentation packs for tender submissions
• Working closely with management to review QC’s and problem solving
• Working with internal teams to resolve various technical issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance in Health and Safety Regulations
• Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience within the construction industry
• Working knowledge of schedule rates
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Numerate
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel
• Flexible and adaptable to varying workloads
• A hardworking and reliable work ethic
