Digital Marketing Executive
Role Description
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Our client is currently recruiting for a digital marketing executive to join their dynamic team. This role is at the heart of their digital presence combining strategic thinking, creative flair, and hands-on delivery to boost brand awareness, attract new audiences, and accelerate growth. You’ll lead digital storytelling across channels, from crafting compelling copy to optimising campaigns and journeys, while managing multiple projects with confidence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Duties:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Meta platforms, to drive traffic, support business goals, and leverage new technologies.
- Support the strategic planning and development of engaging content across websites, blogs, social media, and HubSpot. Drive thought leadership, enhance brand presence, and increase conversion through targeted, high-impact digital communications.
- Independently design, build, and manage targeted email campaigns — creating bespoke templates and automated journeys within our CRM. Oversee the full campaign lifecycle to ensure a consistent tone of voice, strong brand alignment, and measurable impact on both retention and lead generation.
- Implement SEO copywriting and strategies to boost website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
- Design and manage automated lead nurturing journeys in HubSpot or Salesforce/Pardot, ensuring timely, personalised engagement at each stage of the funnel.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance data, optimise Google Ads campaigns, and produce comprehensive KPI reports, including strong copywriting for various digital channels to inform data driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-impact presentations and webinars in partnership with Account Executives, engaging prospective clients and existing policyholders to support business development, enhance client relationships, and drive retention and growth initiatives.
- Develop tailored landing pages and digital journeys that accelerate online joiners, improve claim ratios, and strengthen policyholder engagement through data-driven insights and continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, compliance, and HR teams, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
- Coordinate and proof marketing materials when needed for print and production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines before submission to suppliers.
